Compatibility:

Replacement for Weber Genesis 300 series gas grills models (2007-2016 ONLY): Genesis E-310, E-320, S-310, S-320, EP-310, EP-320.

Weber Genesis 300 series gas grills models (2011-2016 ONLY): Genesis E-330, S-330, EP-330.Weber 7524 7528 Grill Grates.

DOES NOT fit for Genesis II 300 and Genesis II LX 300 series grills.

Maintenance Tips:

  1. Keep your grill well-maintained
  2. Clean the grill grates with a grill brush before and after use
  3. A grill brush and cooking oil are your best defense against food sticking to your grill grates
  4. For a good sear preheat your grill for at least 10-15 minutes. Weather can impact those times
  5. Use a grill thermometer: Beef, Pork, Veal and Lamb: 145 °F; Poultry: 165 °F; Fish and Shellfish: 145 °F

How to maintain?

Prior to cooking please heat the grates in the grill to 500-600 degrees for 10 minutes. 
Once the grates we're cooled and coat them with olive oil, and again I heated the grill to 500-600 for another 10 minutes.
Suggest brushing with a cooking oil occasionally if exposed to the salt air to keep protected over time
